Philip Kingsley - Elasticizer, RRP £25.50
The Philip Kingsley Elasticizer is a must-have hair mask for anyone with very dry hair! After backcombing my hair into a nest, I thought nothing would restore it to its former self but a small amount of this mask had it looking silky smooth in no time! This is definitely the hair mask for extremely dry, damaged hair.

John Frieda - Miraculous Recover Mask, RRP £5.89
The John Frieda Miraculous Recover Mask is great for dry hair although if your hair is very damaged you will probably find greater results from a slightly thicker mask. I use this as a conditioner rather than a nourishing hair mask and love the results.

Jo Hansford - Intensive Hair Masque for Fine Hair, RRP £27
This mask is what I have been longing for! It is especially formulated for fine hair but the texture is still very rich and conditioning. After using this, my hair was not at all limp or flat and I have even started using it more than once a week to really condition my dry ends! It is a little bit pricey but a little really does go a long way.

L'Oreal - Absolut Repair Mask, RRP £12.80
Aboslut Repair from L’Oreal is perfect for split ends. My hair looked silky after using this a couple of times although I found I needed quite a lot of product each time so this ended up being quite expensive.

Melvita - Capiforce Hair Mask, RRP £18
This hair mask smells heavenly and is not too thick so it worked really well on my thin hair without weighing it down at all. I use this twice a week and it really keeps my hair looking silky and full of movement.

Paul Mitchell - The Conditioner, RRP £16.75
I tried this conditioner after hearing wonderful reviews from my sister and I found it definitely gave my hair a healthy, smooth look but I found it a bit greasy for my fine hair. I think this would be perfect for someone with thick, coarse or very dry hair as it is very rich and moisturizing.

I am not usually a fan of leave-in conditioners but Global Keratin Leave-In spray has become an essential part of my hair-care routine. This is definitely my favourite conditioning treatment as it keeps my hair soft and manageable with minimum effort. I spray this onto damp hair after each wash and the results are amazing!
