The go-to stores you might not have expected to love

Shop Fashion by the Kilo

250 grams of jeans and a kilo of t-shirts? Sounds like my kind of shop! If you haven't already, make a note of this must-visit boutique for your next trip to Paris – Kiloshop. It doesn't sound the most inviting of shops but trust us on this one. Forget fancy boutique stores with polished floorboards and 4 or 5 items hanging on silk padded hangers, this is real shopping.

Snag your items from this crowded shop packed full of vintage goodies (you never know what you're going to find!) and load them up into your basket, forget the items you've picked, you only pay per weight (make sure to load up on silk blouses)! Leather bags for 12.10euros/kilo and jeans and shorts for 20 euros/kilo, it's definitely the place to stock up!
